1. The spindle cannot operate normally. First check the error code displayed on the LED display of the inverter (see the inverter clarification error code item).

2. One of the three axes cannot be moved. In this case, check whether the corresponding drive block of the corresponding axis can be damaged. The inspection method can use the exchange method: the aviation plug corresponding to the fixed shaft is unplugged and inserted into the drive corresponding to the other active shaft.

3. If the non-moving axis moves normally after AC, it can be clarified that the drive block corresponding to the shaft is damaged, and the driver block needs to be changed. If you do not move the axis or not, you will be clarified that the cable or motor is faulty to change the cable or motor. The three axes cannot move. At this point, check if the three-axis aviation plug is connected to the control box, and whether the control box power supply has been turned over. Can the data cable be connected to the control box and the control card in the computer mainframe. If all of the above are normal, please contact the factory.
